History and Background

L.C.E. Inc. was founded in 2008 by Ryan Jordan, a seasoned film producer and event curator with a deep commitment to youth development and creative education. Ryan’s vision has always been to create spaces where young people can unlock their potential through hands-on experiences in the arts and media.

In 2013, Sean Michael Wilson joined L.C.E. Inc. as President, bringing his expertise as an event curator and his dedication to seniors and workforce development. A political strategist and community advocate from Prince George's County, Maryland, Sean’s work in public service and social justice has significantly expanded the organization’s reach and impact.

Together, Ryan, Sean, and Vice President Cortez have coordinated numerous community events and partnered with various cities to encourage young adults to vote and engage civically. They have also led L.C.E. Inc. in running programs that functioned as learning film sets, offering practical media and arts experiences to youth. With the support of partners like United Communities Against Poverty and the Town of Fairmont Heights, these initiatives have provided safe, creative spaces where young people and seniors alike can develop essential life and career skills.

Our current goal is to fully integrate education and media by offering workshops that provide real-life film and television experience, alongside media production and workforce training.
